Whoop whoop - yayy help needed! unit 307

have just started the level 3 dipolma and i am stuck on a question..
how does your setting agree learning goals? i work in year 3 as a ta ...i presume it has to do with learning objectives...evaluation ...iep's......just dont no how to word it..any help would be great thanks xx

Hi Suzy - you could also write about who is involved in setting the targets - class teacher, support staff, the child, parents, inclusion manager (IEPs). your on the right tracks - maybe you could bullet point each and write a little about them e.g
learning objectives - set by class teacher, highlighted in planning. differentiated according to the needs of children - low ability to high ability. reviewed by class teacher and support staff after lessons to see if objectives were met and if not why. facilitates next step in learning.
