Default national and local guidelines, policies and procedures for safeguarding

hi can anyone help me with unit 025 1.3 analyse how national and local guidelines, policies and procedures for safeguarding affect day to day work with children and young people and 025 1.5 explain how the processes used by own work setting or service comply with legislation that covers data protection, information handling and sharing... thanx just 2 questions and will have finished this unit but really struggling thanx xxx

you need to read the safeguarding and caf guidelines they are on the nspcc website and then relte them to your settings policies and procedures. remember ANALYSe is far more than describe
