Default sc3 sc1 stuck on a few questions

demonstrate how reflective practice has led to improved ways of working?
describe how your own values and beliefs system and experiences affect working practice?
explain how to access extra support or services to enable individuals to commincate (advocacy services)

pleasse help last few questions on theses 2 units

for values and beliefs, is about how you were brought up, the way your parents gave you affection & cuddles when you were upset or hurt do you give cuddles when a child is upset is that part of your values now. Experiences of how you were brought up also does the fact that children' parents instil their values on to them affect the way you work with them, you may not agree that child should be a vegan because the parents are but, you respect their decision also different religions, how does that effect your working practice if a child is a Jehovah witness, they don't celebrate christmas, birthdays, easter ect: how would that effect your working practice?
With reflection we look back and see where it has helped you to improve the way you work hope it helps

Hi im new to the diploma, hope all courses are going well.
I was just having a quickc look through before i start answering my first set f questions and was wondering what sc3 sc1 mean? as ive noticed the sc part on a few posts?

hi charlotte sc means shared core units, im hoping to finish my diploma by the end of next month its been hard work x
