As anyone got the ccld level 2 log book my log book as 2 questions the same in it

So I just wanted to double check with some one on here what they r suppose to be as my friend that attends college are the same as well.#

The unit is 203 k2d49 3-7yrs point 12 support childrens communication in billingual or multilingual settings. Point 14 says the same is this right?
With this section there are 15 points to answer. Please can anyone help me with this?

yes mine was the same i told my tutor and she said to ignore the second question

yer mine is the same aswell and my tutor said that if i answer one she will sign them both off
