hi there have you finished this question as i am about to tackle it and any help would be appreciated perhaps we could bounce ideas of each other

i started with defining what physical exercise is with some definations from various sites

Then why it is important

Then how we promote physical exercise what activities we do and how they help the children

ie fine motor skills, gross motor skills, balancing, working as a a team etc

would be interested to know what your thoughts are

Maria
