thanks Heidi yes my manager and deputy are supporting me loads, they are brill it was my chocie to start at level 4 its been a challenge -but a good one . I have learnt loads so far.
I just came across a knowledge bit which stated I needed to include a planning cycle
, and it being half term didnt want to bother them:blush:, so came on here. just didnt expect the answer I initially got from tutu took me back a bit. but no harm done.
