to be blunt at level 4 you should be more than knowledgable and able to write a complete essay on not only a planning cycle but all the theories they encompass!! the K are NOT questions they are knowledge you should be able to clearly demonstrate to your assessor so if you have no clue and are in a senior position you need to do some heavy research and learning. i would be horrified if any of my level 4s claimed not to know this!
