ashleigh if these are stumping you right at the beginning you need to have a think about the rest of the course!!! did you do your level 2?? if not maybe you need to as these questions are very basic level 2 stuff and what i would expect my level 3s to sail through. can you go to college can you go to classes? if not and you cant do a level 2 then you need to do some serious reading and educating. the text book is a good place to start but as i said these questions are starters and all covered in a level 2 course.

You sound like you need a good text book, your local libary should have a copy of the NVQ level 3 hand book, you do need to do some reading ....ask co workers who have already qualified if they have any books to help you, if you already work in a setting then you should have some knowledge of your settings policies for making sure that there is no discrimination....read your policies and ask your manager.....
