Default A little help needed, major frustration!

Hi, i'm struggling to understand certain parts of a table i've been asked to fill in. it's been frustrating me for days, i'll probably know it but tables just make everything so much more confusing for me lol.

It's assignment 002, task D...
here's where you can find it if anyone can help...

Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help, even if nobody does help - thanks for reading anyway

Types of abuse: physical, emotional, sexual, neglect/failure to thrive, bullying, define these by saying what they are, then say what signs you look out for for each type of abuse by observing a child's behaviour, any physical signs of abuse you see, and how this is affecting their development

I have covered this on my NVQ course, so I would be more than willing to help further if you get stuck. Best of luck.
