having trouble with this one, just cant seem to get started on 303.3 ques 3

ensure plans balance the needs of individual children and the group, in settings where this is appropriate ?

It is basically asking you how your setting plans activities to makes sure, whenever appropriate, that every child can take part in activities.

Your planning needs to take into account special educational needs children, English as an additional language, children with physical disabilities, children with emotional or social problems, behavioural difficulties, cultural and religious beliefs, the age, stage and abilities of the children accessing the activities you are offering...

It is about how you plan to help them to access all the activities available where ever possible eg by differentiating the task or by having extra staff to support certain children.
