Confused on whats best???

I am currently nearing the end of a lv2, and need to consider lv3 I can continue at the outstanding nursery for my placement, only neg is they are staffed beyond belief therefore no particular role for me but do accomadate my 'needs' for assessment visits..

or

I can move onto a outstanding childminder neg as pointed out by college that nursery would look much better on my cv??
Childminder would be a little easier for my own childcare arrangements??

xxx

Nursery or Childminder?

there wont be a level 3 in september not an nvq anyway and they arent a continuum. childminding is an excellent career and easy to meet the requirements but they will not be the same as now. BUT you dont do a job just to add to a cv. get a job embed your level 2 learning and then do a 3 next year.
