Whoop whoop - yayy Unit 205 : Help children to be positive about their own cultural backgrounds

Hi there

I am very excited as I am nearing the end of Level 2! My last assessment is next Friday, all written work is done but there are a couple of bits that I still need to be observed on.

The element I am going to be assessed on is 205.3 pc 6&7, 'Help children to be positive about their own cultural backgrounds' and 'Help children to make progress and achievements at a level appropriate to their age, needs and abilities'

I think I may have Level 2 overload as I just cannot think what I could do in the setting to be assessed on these. It's also quite late in the day so perhaps brain isn't engaging as well as it would normally!

Does anybody have any ideas? I would be extremely grateful!

Thanks ever so much!

For 205.3 pc 7 I had a rang of fruit for the children to taste touch smell etc I got a different aged children to sit at the table and asked them to cut up fruit for snack ensusring little ones were careful with knife giving olders ones harder fruit to chop.

205.3 pc 6 I set up the role play area as a shop and had different foods from different countries so I had noodles, rice, pizza, curry etc cut the pictures out and got the children to talk about them and buy them.
hope this helps.

Can you help me with knowledge statements -206-88 and 208-116 please?
thanks
