Hi, I'm not overly familiar with the unit or tasks sorry but activities for confidence & self esteem are ones that the children feel involved in, to lead, join in, feel responsible for and have the freedom to develop or dismiss, alone or in partnership.
Promoting assertiveness is something that may involve personal or professional opinion, I feel it's an area that needs to be handled sensitively.
