Hi there

Have you a copy of the Heinemann ccld L3 student handbook, Nelson Thornes also have a good book too. If not have a look on Amazon. These books are broken down unit by unit and help you to understand the knowledge criteria per unit. You then need to look at your own job role and how you work to that knowledge area.

C180 - Think about how you encourage the children to have a positive relationship with your Mum and how you help them interact with the other children.

Write this up as a reflective a/c or diary log of actual situations during the day.

Evaulate what you did saying what went well/not so well/if you carried this out again what changes you would make and why it was important that you supported the children to interact with each other and your Mum (as the other childminder)

C181 - You could extend the above here focussing on why in front of the children it is important to have a positve relationship with the childrens other carer. Also why it is important to have positive relationships with the childrens parents, when they arrive.

C182 - Has there been a time when another adult has had a different take on things. For example carried out an activity with the children, where you might had done this differently, but showing respect to that adult you have worked to their way. Or a parent might say something which you have felt you would not do that way, but have worked to the way parents have asked.
Why is this important?

Hope this helps?
