adaption?

i need to say how i would adapt the activities ive choosen for different age groups, 2-3, 4-5, 6-7. and how i would adapt them for children with special educational needs, from different cultures, and how i encouraged cooperation and sharing......

For colouring in would they use chunky crayons,pencils.....
use picture cards for language......
what about an obstactle course, slides and climbing frames, outdoor toys?? how can u adapt them??
for cut and stick could they tear the paper rather than cut??
