help to start pc's off for unit 405.2

Hello to eveyone, i was just wondering if anyone could please help me with the pc's that I need to cover. I am stuck on the following one's I know what I want to say but I don't know how to start it.
any help would be most grate full as my assessor is coming on monday to take my file and i am then hopefully finished

1 plan to develop provision in line with govermnet guidelines, regulatory requirements and current best practice
i think that the goverment guidelines are the standards that are set my cssiw and best practice for the younger threes are


identify sources of funding to support provision with external stakeholders.
i know who are the external stakholders are and I know that we can get funding off the goverment for the three year olds, and that we get funding for after school club, but i just do not know how to start this off.
