Please help. Am really stuck with reflective accounts for the above. Don' know where to start.

okay thats easy to answer!

• first of all you need to describe the activity outing, trip event or 'thing' you are going to refer on, a really really good description which makes me imagine i am there.
• include what YOU did not what anyone else did unless it is a response to you, it is all about you!
• then say why you did it that way, were you told to? does it always happen? was it easier etc,
• then what would you change or do differently next time? dont say nothing! noones perfect. and finally what did you learn.
