help others to structure,evaluate and learn from their experiences.
i have read this over and over and have now totally fried my mind!!!!!!!!

please help to start this off anyone,

i have only just started my first unit and cant believe i really have to do this when there not enough time in the working day!!!!!!!!!!!!
