Safeguards that need to be in place when assessing children and the need for objectivity

K3D205 the importance of having high expectations.
i wrote it is important to have high expectations and take children out of their comfort zone because it will help them to acheive things they thought they couldnt do, it will give them confidence to try new things and they will start to beleive in themselves.
K3M211 appropriate agencies for referal.
children can be refered to different people when you have any concerns about them, e.g speech therapists, senco, health visitors, school nurse, V.I.U,
phycologist, behaviour specialists.
hope this helps you i have had this unit signed off so it must of been right.
