I don't know if this helps but I did a table that has the different types of acccidents on one side and how you can try to prevent them, with each age range on the other side. So for example I put Falling on one side and then how to prevent falling for each age ranges next to it.
If you would like to see it I could email you so you can get some ideas from it.
Hope this helps a little, I must admit I got most of the information from the Childcare book I have.

Hi, this may also help if you need to cite evidence and base your own work & experience on: Accidents and Child development CAPT

Hi Bella
Just finished 302 (but not handed in yet), for K3H190 I put together a table with age of child, developmental stage then safety implications. eg:
6 months - rolls from front to back and back to front - never leave alone when changing nappy
9 months - begins trying to feed self with finger foods - always supervise when eating
Hope this helps!
Wisley xx
