Can anyone help or shed some light on 422!!! i have got 2 Knowledge Evidences to complete then i have completed the course!!!!

K4P1090 - the inmportance of training and supporting practitioners in your setting or service, to work effectively with families whose beliefs, attitudes and values may be different.

and

K4D1091 - how to deal with discrimatory and stereotyped attotudes that may be exhibited by family members in terms of the care and provision for thier children, and more generally about their local area and other families represented in the provision.
