Default Ideas for staff meetings

At the moment our staff meetings seem to consist of moans and are long and boring. At our last meeting I talked about observations and planning using questions and answers and a video clip making more of a game by giving sweets to correct answers, the staff were motivated and all joined in and some surprised at what they already knew and learnt. Most staff came to me after saying how much they enjoyed the meeting, inspiring me to do more along the same lines but I am having difficulty in subjects and ideas we can cover. Has anyone any suggestions or ideas on how they make their staff meeting fun but educational. Cheers Taffy.

How about using the observations for 'next steps' perhaps looking at the Laevers scale?
