Where the language is additional to your own maybe you could also include parents and professionals suggestions - Posters, leaflets, displays and decorations - places in the community - local & wider/online that you can gather these resources from. Picture dictionaries, role play items, clothing, information on events, festivals and resources that can link to the child's own background, culture and where possible shows their written language .. which will also help adults.
Computer and internet access may also be beneficial but would need monitoring, possible supervision and risk assessment - this is a nice minisite -
EAL Body parts
Training possibly and places that focus on language skills. I'd maybe also mention, without giving personal information any designated or interested group members that enjoy researching communication & language ideas for planning & play purposes.

EAL -
English as an Additional Language from QCA.org has a good introduction into some possible circumstances but does focus on School age.
