i have to devuse a booklet that sould be used bu parents/carers discussing the basic dietary requirements and the importance orf a balanced diet and physical care in children aged 0to16 yeard and i need to ensure i include

what are the goverments guildlines on healthy eating and nutrition for children and why should chidcare pracitioners follow this? in clude menu sampls fopr different ages or children including main meals and snacks and drink covers k2h79 and k2h81 there are more but cant be bothered to go throw them all dont know if any one has dune this one yet if u have any idears please would be garte of to school to help well placement thx
