I suppose...
10 year old - adapted cutlery, cups etc and writing implements. Would depend on whether difficulties are temporary (broken hand?) or long term as he/she has probably found ways of overcoming toileting problems etc by the age of 10

14 year old - aspergers is a wide ranging spectrum of needs but children with aspergers often like a constant routine as changes can unsettle them, everything needs a regular place so identify helpful storage solutions, may benefit from rewards or targets to achieve, may need special one-to-one attention as some children become aggressive or need controlling measures (I had a younger one that liked to try and escape at every opportunity!)

Hope that's a start:idea:
