k3d328 need help please!!

please help im sooo stuck on 309, trying to make my way through the knowledge questions, but it seems to be taking forever!
im stuck on this question, my brain has just stoppped working....

k3d328- the benefits to children of learning through play and not relying on formal experiences and activities that are innappropriate for the childs age, needs and abilities
