legal and regulatory arrangements covering h&s for children colleagues, families and visitors in your setting. Settings safety, sg and protection, and emergency procedures and policies: how these can be implemented and remain current, including controls on substance harmful to health and other key aspects of health and safety

look at your policies and say how you work towards keeping them up to date. Also, if your policies are anything like mine they will state what legislation you work towards. Then you can write about them as well
