For me the answer to this question was quite personal and may not help you, however i wrote about recieving a bad grade on one of my inspections and talked about what changes i could make to turn it around.

I wrote about employing a secretary to take some of the administrative workload from me so that i had more time to work in the room, model good practice, monitor staff's performance etc.

So i suppose you would write about any changes you have made or been involved in due to the result of a previous inspection.

Not sure if thats helpful??
