General question k4h792 - what ideas have you got on nutritional requirements of children

im looking at the question and the answer could go on and on, i dont want to waffle on answering it, i wanna get straight to the point. can anyone give me any help?

Hi, can you look at what you've got and then possibly 'narrow in on each specific area, this way you may find it all gradually breaks down so that you won't need to add more than necessary.

Maybe after an introduction on how you see the requirements you could put together a chart detailing the Children's age groups and enter recommended nutritional requirements for each..

The British Nutrition Foundation website might help to gather more information

I wrote about all the major food types, vitamins, minerals etc.

Don't forget to write about religious and cultural needs

thanks that really helped, i have just sat down and done it, i included stuff about eating disorders and that too so i hope i am right too???
