if you go under 2 hours and arent a registered setting i dont think you will be able to recieve early years funding for childrens sessions, this may be difficult for you if you have to rely on parents fees only,have you tried contacting local colleges to see if they have any newly qualified students they might be interesed in a job, local nvq assessors may know someone as well.
Have you spoken to the early years department from the local authority they may have bank staff scheme for settings or know of someone.
