Hi.

You should be able to write a personal statement/reflective account for K3D218.7 if you have had new children into your setting. Write about how you have helped them to feel happy & safe to leave their parent/carer to stay at your setting & develop thier independence OR if you've had a child who has been quite clingy to you & only doing things with you, how you have helped them to feel independent enough to go & join in activities & experiences without you.

K3D218 could be a personal statement/refecxtive account or a witness testimony saying how you have given children a choice of something they want to do while becoming aware of others....how about when a child wanted to do something that someone else was doing so you've had to help them to chose something else while waiting their turn. You acknowledge that the child wants something & you explain they can do this but they have to share so they do not upset their friends.

Not every piece of knowledge has to be answered as though it's a question if it is something you do in your practice unless your assessor has asked for something to be done in a particular way.
