Hi, can anyone help me with how you respond to children in a way that shows you value what they have to say and the types of behaviour that could show you do not value their ideas and feelings. Thanks.

Respond: Eye contact, listening, go to their level, repeat what they said to clarify meaning, keep talk simple, facial expression and act upon what they have told you

Negitive behaviour:disguarding them, making them wait, not much responce, no eye contact, looking elsewhere

Hope this helps thats what i have answered
