a little help

For my nvq3 ccouse i have to do some learning logs i have to write about cousre which i have been been on.

But i have got a bit stuck on wirting about foundation certifcate in food hygine and introduction to childminding practice basic sen traning

i cant remmber what stuff we learnt on the cousre as i did them like 3 or 4 years go

i jsut need to wite a summery of what the couses was about

any help would be great
