Hi can anyone help me with this question. I am not sure on what they mean.

What are the statutory and regulatory arrangements coverin health and safety for the children, colleagues, families and visitors in your setting.

Thank you

Hi, think about regulations such as, Helath and Safety at Work Act, Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations, Food Safety Acts, COSSH and RIDDOR acts. Also think about your settings procedures, if you are in a workplace, all these cover things you must do to keep children safe. Also think about your setting's (if you have one) procedures for greeting and releasing children and visitors, signing in procedures, verifying identification etc. Hope this helps, good luck!
