Crossfingers Unit 303 - K3D219 : Provide a framework to support inclusion

Hi all, Can I just say first, that this is a fantastic site I came across it by chance and I am so pleased that I did.

I am trying to do this unit 303 and was wondering if I am right in thinking that to 'Provide a framework to support inclusion and anti discriminatory practice, meeting individual and group needs' (number 4)

I need to understand that the legislation is the base of the framework but is no good on its own and that needs the support of having the right attitudes from staff etc, all positively promoting, understanding and adhereing to the following legislation (Rights of Child, Inclusion, Discrimination, Care Standards, Equal OPs, etc) and the planning of the activities/curriculum provides individual/group needs.:crossfing

Thanks

yep thats right but a frame work is like a guide or a base, basically the question is saying provide a plan or guide to suport inclusion and ab/ad practice etc

its a how question: how can/should your setting provide inclusive practice? or how are individual needs going to be met ? etc

hope this helps

Thanks for that, my assessor hasnt seen any of my work yet, so I am hoping what I have done so far is ok - that was one of those questions where I was questioning myself what I thought it meant. cheers! :-)
