unit 425

I am finding this unit hard to write about.
425K13, K14, K12.
My assessor as near enough signed this unit off but I am struggling with how to apprach these questions above.
Any guidance or help would be much appreciated.

Statutory framework for EYFS 2007 (comes into force Sept 2008)
etc

K13Your own values, motivations and emotions.i wrote a reflective account on this, i wrote about how I felt a leader should be and why.
K14 Your own strengths and limitations in the leadership role.This was also in my reflective account I wrote about a leadership questionaire I did, by professor john Adair and MJ bailey and the results it showed on my leadership style.
