the first ones basically asking you what the laws, guidance, and regulations etc are to do with education and what do they state-what do they require you to do? its your ofsted regulations childrens act etc

the next one is just ways to make sure your giving the kids good quolity experiances where they can learn and how to make sure their needs are met. this is about your planning assesing childrens needs reviewing working with parents providing reasorces having things accessable to children setting out your different areas having staff up to date on training and current laws knowing the childs likes and dislikes and abilities a variety of activities inclusive activities and you can talk about learning theorists. for example maria montesori believes children learn through free play (ADD QUOTE) and exploration and so to ensure my setting includes high quolity learning experiances there will be oppertunities for free play to take place.

Hope this helps
