Seem to be going round in circles in this unit! Its easier than some of the others but I feel that I'm repeating myself
This is the question ...
How to manage change positively in ways that are sensitive to colleagues and lead to beneficial outcomes for children, families and other stakeholders

Can anyone give me any ideas!!
Ive just had my pre reg for the new setting and everything went great just waiting for my crb and medical dec to come back now

i talked about consulting staff on changes,weighing up th pros and cons with them giving them ownwership of decisions for change, thus avoiding conflicts etc, i also talked about the model for implementing change, involving parents/children when making new policies etc and changes we had to make after our last inspection.
