Hello! I'm new...

Hi! I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I thought I'd introduce myself.

My name is Chryssa, and I'm mum to two amazing little boys, Efe who is 2 years old, and Sinan who is 9 weeks old. Efe has been attending a fantastic nursery (Sonshines in Salford) but I had to take him out because we'll be spending the summer in Greece. There is a possibility that we will relocate permanently, and I have been thinking about some home schooling for Efe, and later for Sinan too. problem is, how do I start? How do I prepare? Any advice would be appreciated!

I look forward to getting to know you all!

Chryssa xxx

Hi and welcome to Silkysteps

Direct.gov.uk has some good information on Home education . Hopefully our other members will be able to pass on which sites they've found useful.

The summer looks to be very nice for you all .. let us know how plans go ..

Ruth

Thank you!

I've had a good look around the net, and I have been able to get some material. I still feel a bit lost, but I suppose unless I give it a try I will not know if I can do it or not!
