hi tabbby cat there seems to be three of us working on the same unit at the moment unit 401 how far are you through it i know what you mean in using the right phrases etc these seem tricky questions (wording) as it seems in most cases common sense but knowing how to put it into words on paper i find hard.
Top tip given by my assessor is to link to to your work at all time ie data protection act what info do we hold how its stored , quotes from policies in place etc this can also link to 402.

Gladly bounce ideas of each other hope this helps have had first 2 questions ok and are slowly working way through others . let me know if you want a copy tweak to your setting please though. Hope we can help each other
