hyia am currently on ccld unit 409 with only a few left in this unit seem to have two much info running around my head any ideas please

all about how you rfer to a SLT and the procedures etc. who monitors deliver s and evaluates the service and provision and the impact on the child. how does the slt work in partnership with the key person

Hey ive just done this question recently here is what i wrote.
At our setting we ensure that all policies and procedures are kept to and that we implement them into all aspects of care.
We ensure all children have a keyworker who will have close day to day contact with families and believe this is the best way to share initial concerns. Key workers will discuss concerns sensitively with families and listen carefully to them, from the first time they start the setting we work in a graduated way. In relation to access and inclusion we meet all statutory requirements.

I then wrote about refferals regarding to our SEND policy and Safeguarding Childrens policy. basically re-write your settings policy. Hope this helps x
