Its not the students or the training providers. It comes from higher the race for more and more pieces of paper/shorter and shorter timescales - placed upon everyone. Funders, Cdwc and awarding bodies also need to be accountable here.

Very much understand your frustration but agree please do not blast the students looking for help. Also some of the advisory teachers do not understand observation techniques and settings are not receiving good advice.
