SOS Level 3 award in supporting and teaching in schools. Final

I am now on the final assignment for this award. Ive hit a mental block and cannot put it down on paper. Any help or pointers in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

1. In your own words, summarise the major learning points from the whole of the study programme with particular reference to: communication and professional relationships with children, young people and adults, schools as organisations, understanding child and young people development and understand how to safeguard the wellbeing of children and young people.

2. With reference to your own learning, summarise how you would be able to utilise these theories in everyday practice
