Default level 4 in general

hi, i was just wondering if anyone was having the same problems as me while completing their level 4. I am finding that the tutors are just not giving any explanation with the work and when you do ask them for any help they seem to quickly run through it.

i have had a change of tutors recently and the new tutor have told me that i have to be completed by the begining of August. Just wondered how long anyone had to complete theirs.
the new tutor has also started saying things that i have never been told and have now set lots of new work to be complteted by August, I thought i had completed the knowledge questions and just need to do a couple of observations to finish it all.

Also could someone please help, i have had to write an introduction for my working with others, but i don't think i have written it correctly. I was wondering if someone could please give any pointers on how to write an introduction, so i could see if i have done it correctly.

many thanks
bunny
