:dizzy Please can any one help me with this question i seem to be going round in circles once again its how to write it down, the question is. The rights of all children for participation and equality of access and how this affects provision. My last one in this unit thank god!!!!!!!!!!!!

In essense this means you shouldn't really consider the word no in reply to a, or any request if someone asks, you should be saying yes ... for appropriate requests: not involving harm or injury - emotional or physical this could have an impact on provision - financially, overcoming language barriers, supporting developmental needs, supporting famillies.

For participation & equality of access it means measures or ways to access services - transaltion, information, care assistance, care consideration, speech & language, equipment - mobility, communication, resources - for learning and play, entry to building/premises are all adapted/made fit to ensure individual inclusion - combatting any discrimination or bias. Each child should access equal service.

Affecting provision could be your lack or excess of funding - latter would be good lol. Ability to source and purchase reasonably priced or recommended/requested items. Knowing where to go to look for professional help, advice, guidance and support.

Have you applied for a grant to help a child access & participate in your setting. Sourced specialist or professional support in the setting, made contact with a support group or charity that helped insure inclusion for a child in the setting?
