could someone help me please, im getting really confused with these two questions:

1.3 Identify sources of current guidance for planning healthy and safe environments and services.

1.4. explain how current health and safety legislation, policies and procedures are implemented in own work setting or service

for 1.3. have i got to write about all the legislations relating to health and safety and what they do?

and for 1.4. have i got to write to how my setting use these legislations?

Identify the correct procedures for recording and reporting accidents, incidents, injuries, signs of illness and other emergencies. for 4.2 do i need to write what my setting do when recording and reporting accidents, incidents, injuries, signs of illness and other emergencies?
