Default cyp core 3.4: support children and young people's health and safety

could someone help me please, im getting really confused with these two questions:

1.3 Identify sources of current guidance for planning healthy and safe environments and services.

1.4. explain how current health and safety legislation, policies and procedures are implemented in own work setting or service

for 1.3. have i got to write about all the legislations relating to health and safety and what they do?

and for 1.4. have i got to write to how my setting use these legislations?

Hi the search page will find threads for this criteria.

Enter - guidance for planning healthy and safe environments

The information you collect from that will help you see what happens in your setting or placement and what is written in the setting's policies and procedures.

Best wishes
