Hi, the question is asking you to examine why children's wellbeing is important enough to have a core unit of the level 3 CYPW diploma dedicated to safeguarding it.

'CYP 3.3 or unit 025 is a core unit of England's CYPW diploma level 3 covering the reasons why safeguarding children's well-being is important. Well-being is arguably understood to be a state of emotional and intellectual being and physical condition that ensures an individual is healthy and capable of engaging with their surroundings and managing the demands that this places on them. In early years this means that practitioners require skills, knowledge and understanding of how to provide the support and safeguards necessary to promote and protect children's wellbeing'.
