General question Stuck, Help please!!

The question is
Plan balanced meals, snacks and drinks for children in their early years, following current government guidance on nutritional needs.
I have answered the other questions in this unit but we only provide a snack in my setting so im struggling a bit

Hi, I would start by talking about what your setting provides for snacks, and the benefits of these snacks, and how these follow current guidance, e.g fruit and milk. I would then provide an example of a mock menu that you would provide to children if you have to, for lunch and dinner. Making sure you address the nutritional needs and allergies of children. explain why you have opted for certain foods, e.g protein, carbs, veg. I hope this helps slightly
