Help SOS 402 child protection issues

Been asked to do a reflective account
How you involve children in protection issues
How do you ensure children's interests are paramount
How do you ensure children are involved at all stages
How you empower children to assess risk for themself (402.3.3)
Have written a bit but as a reflective account no. Any help would be appreciated.
