Default explain the welfare requirements and guidance of the relevant early years framework

hello, i'm stuck on how to write this question.

do i only write about:

safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
documentation
suitable people
organisation
suitable premises, environment and equipment

like in my level 3 book, or do i use the new 2012 statutory framework and write about:

child protection
suitable people
disqualification
staff taking medicine and other substances
staff qualification, training, support and skills
key person
staff:child ratio
childminders
health -
medicines
food and drink
accident and injury
managing behaviours
safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment -
safety
smoking
premises
risk assessments
outings
equal opportunities
information and records
information about the child
information for parents and carers
complaints
information about the provider
changes that must be notified to ofsted

so confused! or do i just do like in my level 3 book and do a diagram and not write in detail at all?!?!

the headings in the book i don't think are in the 2012 statutory framework.

the diagram is there to help you not for you to reproduce EXPLAIN means describe in details using real life examples so you need to go through the requirements and explain each one applying it to practice using an example. this is A LEVEL so you need to do it in depth!
